CIP Finishes Expands to Serve Florida Multifamily Market
CIP Finishes recently sold a $1 million-plus project in Bradenton, Fla. We will be working with general contractor CBG Building Company on the 319-unit Emerson Lakes independent-living community, installing a broad range of interior finishes—including bathroom accessories, mirrors, shelving, lockers, bike racks and more—for individual units and shared spaces.
This marks our second project in a growing multifamily market in which we intend to grow our presence in the coming months.
“We’ve earned our reputation in the Mid-Atlantic by delivering quality work on time and on budget during high-pressure project phases,” said Paul Milde, founder and president of CIP Finishes. “Now we’re bringing that same reliability to Florida, where we look forward to building new relationships with general contractors.”

CIP in the Community
We were proud to be a fairway sponsor for the 20th Annual John Lippincott Memorial Golf Tournament in May. This tournament has become an annual tradition for CIP Finishes. The tournament was started by Mill Creek Residential Trust—a builder/developer we are proud to work for—and raises money to help advance Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland’s mission to provide affordable housing. Hats off to our Director of Operations Chad Coffee for participating in this great community event!
