Each member of the CIP Finishes team is critical to our success in providing turn-key hardware finishes for new, multi-family developments. Exceptional work also deserves special recognition, which is why two of our team members were recently promoted: Jennifer Fousek, from senior estimator to senior director of business development; and Travis Turner, from estimator to lead project estimator.
Many of our clients in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland will recognize their names.

Jennifer has been with our company since 2011. As senior director of business development, she plays an important role in maintaining and building relationships with CIP Finishes’ valuable clients, as well as selling new business, managing office operations and continuing to be involved in estimating and project management. Jennifer has deep knowledge of the product lines CIP Finishes furnishes and installs, and is adept at helping our clients find precisely the right solution for their projects—in fact, she thrives on the research challenge this ever-evolving market presents.
Travis joined CIP Finishes in 2016. As lead project estimator, he reviews bids, best and final offers, submittals on products for customers, and exhibit documentation in contracts. He also helps manage requests for information (RFIs), responding to repricing or job changes that may arise. It’s a position that requires attention to detail, time management and communication skills – qualities that are among Travis’ strengths.
