CIP Finishes is proud of our role in several projects in an area that the Washington Business Journal has identified as one of the most active development districts in Alexandria: the Hoffman Town Center and adjoining Carlyle neighborhood. Already well-known for the AMC Hoffman Center cinema, Whole Foods and other popular attractions, this area is booming with Metro-accessible live-work-play communities under development. Projects we have worked on include:

  • Hoffman Town Center – CIP Finishes is installing shower doors in three of the towers within this urban town center now under construction at Eisenhower Metro Station and the I-495 Telegraph Road interchange, built by general contractor Balfour Beatty.
  • The Foundry at Carlyle – Another Balfour Beatty project, this 520-unit community now nearing completion represents the adaptive reuse of the former General Services Administration office building. CIP Finishes is providing toilet and bath accessories, shower doors, mirrors, unit shelving, toilet partitions, fire extinguishers and postal specialties.
  • The Parker – Within view, but on the other side of Interstate 495 from the Hoffman development, this 360-unit apartment community, now completed, is just minutes from the Huntington Metro station.
  • Post Carlyle Square – With 354 luxury units, this completed CBG Building Company project is just a mile east down the Eisenhower corridor, near the traffic circle where a bronze statue of Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower in his army general’s uniform overlooks his namesake avenue.
