Stop 1. Most building tours begin in the kitchen, but let’s begin in the bathroom instead, where finishes make an outsized impact on smaller spaces. In each unit, we installed backlit bathroom mirrors—a product we love to sell but don’t always get the opportunity to install at this scale. These mirrors add light, style and a premium feel to even the smallest space. This is an upgrade that residents will notice and treasure every single day. From there, we outfitted every bathroom with clean, durable, full–glass shower doors and hardware, then continued our work installing smart shelving systems in the closets. Down the hall? We provided each unit with kitchen fire extinguishers and associated hardware.

Stop 2. Step into the communal restrooms and you’ll see our impeccable work continue: ADA-compliant grab bars, bathroom partitions and more, that keep everything up to code while continuing the overall feel of the building. Safety features such as common–area fire extinguishers and Knox Boxes were also provided and installed by our team, ensuring the entire building meets the highest standards. You’ll find tenant storage lockers in the garage levels, custom-installed for both security and accessibility. The Bellevue even includes a communal pet spa.
Durable, easy-to-clean finishes in this area mean that four-legged residents get the five-star treatment, as well. We also installed mailboxes and collection boxes, all designed to help keep daily life organized.
Stop 3. The fitness center at The Bellevue is filled with natural light and clean lines—and it’s where our floor-to-ceiling fitness mirrors shine, both literally and figuratively. These expansive, crystal-clear panels reflect light and movement, turning a workout into a motivating experience. That’s the power of great finishes.
