We are pleased to welcome Janet Senavanh as operations manager. She was on our team in 2016-17 as a project manager, then worked for Rappahannock Goodwill Industries in human resources before rejoining us this year. Janet’s work is vital to CIP and our clients because she provides leadership for the project management team and accounting specialist, makes important policy and strategic decisions, and handles human resources functions such as recruiting. Her educational credentials include human resources management certification from Cornell University and a bachelor of science degree from Strayer University. When she’s not busy keeping CIP on track, Janet is a confessed “big foodie” – just one of the things we love about her.
