CIP Finishes has announced plans to build a new headquarters near Stafford Regional Airport.
The 3.5-acre site, located between Virginia Paving and Virginia Linen, is well-located to support the continued growth of this specialty construction firm that furnishes and installs finishing hardware in large multi-family residential and commercial construction projects.
“We are excited to continue to grow in Stafford County, which has such a business-friendly environment,” said CIP Finishes President and Owner Paul Milde. “We are doing a lot of work in the Greater Washington, D.C., metro area, and as far south as Richmond and Virginia Beach, so easy access to Interstate 95 is key.”
CIP Finishes has experienced double-digit growth in recent years, grossing more than $6 million in 2017. That growth drove Milde to make plans for the new headquarters on Centreport Parkway.
The planned 23,600-square-foot building is meant to accommodate CIP Finishes’ future growth. The company will have space to sub-lease to tenants upon opening.
