CIP Finishes has been contracted to work with general contractor Kinsley Construction, Inc., on the Capitol Courts luxury apartment community in the revitalized Hill East neighborhood in Washington, D.C. This 117-unit community is located at 1220 Pennsylvania Ave SE. It is a great example of the kind of urban redevelopment projects CIP Finishes is playing a role in right now. The project will adapt part of a 100-year-old townhome that stood on the site for use as its rental office.
CIP Finishes will be furnishing and installing toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, postal specialties and shower doors at the Capitol Courts development. Project completion is expected in August 2019.
