CIP Finishes has recently completed package concierge systems—among other high-end interior finishes—at one of the Washington, D.C., area’s most in-demand luxury properties, the Ritz Carlton Residences, Chevy Chase. The package management solution furnished by CIP Finishes is just one of the new technology-based solutions we provide for modern multifamily living.
The package concierge system sends an e-mail notification to residents whenever they have a delivery, who then use secure access to obtain their items. We also provide this solution to commercial projects, where secure holding can be a major benefit to office renters.
This sophisticated feature was made possible by our expert installers, who are equipped to work in highly stylized environments like this one to ensure quality finishes blend with their surroundings and work well for residents. The Ritz-Carlton Residences includes a piano lounge, Scotch room, dining area, meeting space, fitness center, meditation terrace and 24-hour concierge service.
The development will be available for move-in later this year, and units in the 65-unit condo building are selling from $900,000 to more than $2.5 million. It includes one- to three-bedroom units ranging up to 2,200 square feet at the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and Manor Road.
In addition to the Ritz residences, the Chevy Chase Lake development will include retail, a park and two other residential options. CIP Finishes will also work on Phase Two of the project with general contractor Bozzuto Group, which includes a second rental apartment building, as well as additional retail space and a plaza connecting to the Metro’s future Purple Line.
Along with the package concierge solution, CIP Finishes also sourced and installed doors, heavy glass shower stalls and custom mirror work in the Ritz-Carlton Residences.
