Like everyone else, we at CIP Finishes are heeding calls to practice social distancing to help slow the spread of the coronavirus. As we spend time farther apart from each other than we are used to, we want to look back on a recent event that demonstrates just how important our team members are to us.
The CIP Finishes family is made up of top-notch installers, estimators, managers and business associates whose commitment to doing their jobs well enables us to deliver expertly installed finishing hardware on-time and on-budget for our clients in large and complicated multi-family residential communities.
We make it a priority to celebrate these hard-working individuals every year with a company party, and this year was no exception.
We are grateful that we were able to fit in our annual CIP Finishes team party before the current public health crisis. We enjoyed a night of fun at Topgolf in National Harbor, followed by games and celebration at MGM National Harbor. Both of these businesses are currently closed as part of our country’s efforts to help control the spread of the coronavirus. We are so thankful for the wonderful experience they provided our team just a few weeks ago, and we look forward to supporting them again when our country comes out of this.
We are encouraged to see continued growth in sales, and are excited to get to work with some new clients this year. Special recognition goes to Estimator Travis Turner and Senior Estimator Jennifer Fousek. This productive team has been key to growing our sales.
But it takes the whole team to pull off complicated finishing hardware installations across thousands of residential units. So our night out included a raffle where every employee went home with something, from a spa treatment package, to a DEWALT power tools set, to vouchers for two days’ paid vacation.
Our team members continue to keep work moving forward at our many job sites in the Greater Washington, D.C., area. We are using enhanced personal hygiene practices, observing social distancing guidelines and doing everything we can to keep our job sites safe and clean.
In addition, we are working hard with our clients to expedite orders in an effort to head off any supply chain issues that might arise.
It’s our team members who are making this possible. We are so happy we got to celebrate them with our annual night out, and we will do everything in our power to keep them working in a safe manner as we continue to provide the best service possible to our clients.
