CIP Finishes is a Division 10 specialties contractor that handles all aspects of interior hardware in multi-family residential and related projects. CIP Finishes is a full-service partner for high-quality multi-family residential and commercial construction. Our work with our customers begins in the project development phase, where we have the staff and expertise to value-engineer projects and respond to changes in architectural plans over the many months and years it can take to get a project under contract.

We are relentlessly customer-focused, and are well-acquainted with the fast-paced nature of large-scale construction. When we come in to do our installations, a project is usually at a critical phase where deadlines must be met and punch-list items must be kept to a minimum.
