CIP Finishes is furnishing and installing hardware for an increasing number of multi-family residential and commercial real estate developments across the Washington, D.C., region. “We’ve been busy in recent months providing turn-key hardware for The Moxy Hotel, Reed Row, Trellis House and Plaza West in D.C., Modera Mosaic in Fairfax, the Haven at National Harbor and other developments,” says Paul Milde, company president and founder. The coming months also look exciting, with more developments planned for vibrant neighborhoods including the National Landing area where Amazon will build new headquarters, Potomac Yard, Navy Yard near Nationals Park, Adams Morgan, and the H Street Corridor.
